Sure...you COULD try to have an Uncle Bob come capture your wedding day because, after all, he’s family.

But having a family friend capture your day doesn’t mean you’re getting professional photos or having your story remembered the way you'd like.

Don’t cheat yourself of the memories your heart desires to cherish.

You could also opt for just a couple hours of coverage but you’ll always wish you had your whole day captured (and after all, you can’t go back)

You could skip photography all together but those moments are moments meant to be treasured.

Who is in charge around here?

Hi, I’m Laura at your service! I’m coming at you with nearly a decade of professional photography experience as a family and wedding photographer. My love for photography started and grew as a high school student taking film class. Over the years as I assisted other photographers, second shot along others, and began my own business my experience and confidence have grown so much!

I’m also a mother of four and love to weave my experience of family and wedding photography together to make an even more amazing experience for all of my clients in telling their stories. Its given me an even sweeter perspective for capturing weddings from all different heart views for my clients.

When I’m not busy capturing families and weddings, you can find me hanging out with my hubby, Abe and our four kiddos. Family movie and pizza nights are our jam and planning road trips are our summer time dreamin’.

What is an album credit?

I believe that your pictures are most fully enjoyed when they are held in your hands or seen up on your walls! Thats why I include an album credit with each of my packages. Each album credit is good for an 8x8 20 page album with a beautiful linen cover. Want to customize and make it more your own? I've got you!

I already got engagement pictures, can I take that out of my package?

Your engagement session is my gift to you both! So even if you've already had some taken, I know to make your photography experience the best it can be includes having a fun and memorable engagement session filled with beautiful new portraits is the best way for us to get to know each other AND get you comfortable in front of my camera for your wedding day.

How do I know how much coverage I’ll need?

I always tell my couples that for most brides and grooms an eight hour timeline is the sweet spot for covering your day from start to finish. We'll get all the details, the gorgeous portraits, and a fun exit at the end all without rushing to the next thing!

When do I get to see my wedding pictures?

You'll get a sneak peek in your email the morning you wake up on your honeymoon! Your full gallery will be delivered within 3-4 weeks of your wedding day.
